Solli on todella ihmisläheinen sekä kissasosiaalinen kissa, joka etsii uutta kotia, jossa on sekä sosiaalinen kissakaveri että ihmisiä, joilla on Sollille paljon aikaa. Sollin mukaan voisi lähteä myös hänen kaverinsa Tuhkis. Tuhkiksen lisäksi Solli kuitenkin tarvitsee myös sosiaalisen kissakaverin, sillä Tuhkis on melko itsenäinen tyyppi. Solli ja Tuhkis tulevat keskenään toimeen ihan hyvin, mutta eivät ole todella tiivisti laumautuneen. He viettävät harvoin aikaa yhdessä ja silloinkin nuo hetket ovat lyhyitä. Koska heillä on erilaiset tarpeet, he saattaisivat tulla toimeen myös eri kodeissa. Joten myös yhden harkitseminen adoptoitavaksi sopii.

Talouden ihmisten puolesta täydellisessä kodissa olisi useampi ihminen (esim. lapsiperhe) tai sitten kodin ihmisillä olisi paljon aikaa viettää Sollin kanssa (eläkeläiset tai muuten paljon kotona aikaa viettävät ihmiset).

Solli on todella ihmisläheinen, rakastaa läheisyytä, leluilla leikkimistä, ihmisen lähellä hengailua ja sylissä olemista. Jopa maharapset ovat tervetulleita!

Solli ei raavi huonekaluja, eikä ihmisiä. Hiekkalaatikon käyttö sujuu hyvin. Kun illan leikki- ja ruokahetki on ohi, yö nukutaan rauhassa ja ainakaan valvovan silmän alla Solli ei hypi ei-sallituille paikoille…

Terveys on kunnossa, sillä jokavuotiset vahvistusrokotukset on saatu eläinlääkärissä ja Solli on leikattu jo nuorena.

Solli on oikea mussukka, hän rakastaa rapsutuksia ja hakee niitä ihmisiltä niin paljon kuin mahdollista. Sylissä, vieressä sohvalla tai jopa kylpyhuoneessa jaloissasi pyörien. Hän ei pahastu jos joudut lähtemään pois, mutta heti kun asetut sohvalle tai työpöydän ääreen, hän tulee lähelle hengailemaan. Tai sinun päällesi!
Solli kaipaa rauhallista elämää lämminhenkisessä perheessä jossa elämä on suht tasaista. Hän rakastaa herkkuja ja päivänokosia, ja nukkuu läpi yön kunhan on saanut riehakkaan leikkihetken ennen iltapalaa. Hän nukkuu vieressäsi yön  jos annat, tai muussa tapauksessa tervehtii sinua kun heräät. Kun hän on erityisen iloinen, hännänpää kiertyy pienen renkaan muotoon. Solli on syntynyt 1.8.2017.

SOLLIN MIELUISIA ASIOITA:
Tykkää kovasti kun läheiset ihmiset nostavat hänet syliin ”vauva-asennossa”, silloin hän painaa pään olkapäätäsi vasten ja nukahtaa kehräten.
Solli rakastaa paksuja pehmeitä fleece-peittoja ja tykkää ”leipoa” peittoa kunnes alkaa väsyttää ja voi paneutua nukkumaan peiton päälle. Mieluiten sohvalla sinun vieressäsi.
Hän kerjää vatsan rapsutuksia heittäytymällä selälleen ja venyttelemällä. Hän nauttii loputtomasti vatsan rapsuttelusta, niin kauan kuin jaksat sitä tehdä.
Ruoka ! Hän syö mitä tahansa: Märkäruokaa, kuivaraksuja, herkkuja. Kun hän kuulee ruokapurkin avautumisen keittiössä, hän juoksee vauhdilla paikalle.
Sollin lempileikit on hyökkäillä lelujen kimppuun piilopaikastaan käsin, tai hypellä ilmaan pyydystämään niitä.  Narun päässä olevat lelut aktivoivat hänessä piilevän metsästäjän. Pahvilaatikot ovat suosikkeja, ja hän ei malta olla pureskelematta niitä.

HYVÄ OTTAA HUOMIOON:
Solli rakastaa pureskella muovia sekä johtoja, joten ne on pidettävä pois hänen ulottuviltaan.
Iho on herkkä muoville, joten ruoka-astiat on hyvä olla keraamisia tai metallisia, jotta vältetään ihon akne.
Sollin kasvojen ihoa kutittaa herkästi, mutta naamakarvojen ja koko turkin  harjaus tekee hyvää. Samoin hyväksi voi olla kissakaveri joka pesee Sollin naamaa karkealla kielellään.

Rauhallinen koti on se mitä Solli kaipaa, liian innokkaat koirat tai pikkulapset ovat liian pelottavia.
Hän tarvitsee rauhallisia piilopaikkoja mihin voi paeta vieraita ihmisiä. Tutumpia vieraita hän tulee usein tervehtimään tunnin tai parin kuluttua.
Solli tarvitsee säännölliset ruoka-ajat, sillä liiallinen syöminen on hyvin todennäköistä hänelle. Siis sopivat ruoka-annokset päivän mittaan ja leikin varjolla aktivoitu liikunta on tarpeellista.

Solli is extremely social with both cats and people and is looking for a forever home with a social cat-friend and humans with plenty of time for him. Solli could take his friend Tuhkis with him, but because Tuhkis is very self-dependent, he also needs a cat-friend that gives him lots of cuddles and company. Solli and Tuhkis do get along, but do not spend a lot of time together. Because they have different needs, they can also be adopted separately.

As for the humans in the forever home, Solli needs people who can give him lots of attention. A bigger family with children might be perfect for him, or a retired couple, or people who spend a lot of time at home.
They are very affectionate with people. They love cuddling, playing with toys,  hanging out, and napping on laps. Even belly-rubs are welcome!

Solli is very well behaved and does not scratch people or furniture. He always uses the litter. He sleeps through the night after playing and eating dinner. He doesn’t jump where he is not allowed. Not when I’m looking, at least…

He has good health. He has visited the vet for check-ups and vaccinations every year. He was castrated as a kitten.

Solli is a sweet potato. He loves to cuddle, and will seek as much cuddling as possible. On your lap, on the sofa beside you, even at your feet in the bathroom. He’s not upset if you need to move, but once you’ve settled in at your desk or sofa, he will eventually find his way back to hang out with you. Or on top of you!

He wants a warm, calm, peaceful life, with a family who likes quiet and easy days. He loves treats and naps, and will sleep through the night after a good play session before dinner. He’ll sleep in bed with you if you let him, or greet you in the morning if not.

Sometimes you will find him napping in funny positions, but you will know he’s happy to see you, because he will roll over and meow with happiness in his voice.

When he is especially happy, the tip of his tail will curl into a little ring.

Favorite things
Loves to be picked up and held by trusted people. If you hold him like a baby, he will lay his head on your shoulder and purr until he falls asleep.

Thick fleece blankets are his favorite kind. He will knead on them until he is sleepy, and then curl up to sleep on top. Especially if it is on the sofa, beside you.

He will beg for belly-rubs by flopping over and stretching out. This is a genuine request, and he will enjoy as much as belly rubbing you can give him!

Food! He will eat almost anything. Dry food, wet food, soft treats, crunchy treats. When he hears the sound of his food being opened, he will come running.

His favorite way to play is to pounce on toys from hiding spots, or to jump up and swat them out of the air. A toy on a string or a wire will activate the hunter inside.

Boxes are crunchy, and he will be unable to resist having a bite.

Considerations
He loves to chew on plastic and wires. Keeping them hidden away is important, or he may swallow it, damage your wires, or shock himself.

His chin is sensitive to plastic bowls. Using ceramic or steel bowls and keeping them clean will prevent any acne sores.

He seems to have a mild itchiness on his face. Grooming is enough to keep him from scratching himself too much. A cat friend that likes to groom him might help too!

Solli needs a quiet, relaxing home. Energetic dogs or children are too scary.

He needs a safe place where he can always run to hide from strangers. He will come out to greet familiar visitors after an hour or two.

He needs a routine feeding schedule. He will over-eat when given the opportunity, so he will need portioned meals and regular playtime exercise.
